At Tax Band Review we identify houses that have been incorrectly banded. We then fight on your behalf to get that money back - after all its your money.

Council Tax has been in place since 1993. The bandings of houses were done by "2nd Gear Valuations" - in real terms this means (at best) that somebody drove past your house and 'estimated' its value and band. Sometimes this valuation was just outsourced to local estate agents who had hundreds to do in a day.

What does this mean for you? Well every year that has passed since 1993 household have overpaid council tax to there local authority - we go the legal process of claiming back this money, we submit a claim, deal with the local authority and VOA as well as any ensuing Valuation Tribunal.
